Mogees is a project that uses microphones to turn any surface into an interactive board, which associates different gestures with different sounds. This means that desktop drummers could transform their finger taps and hand slaps into the sound of a marimba or xylophone.

Google wallet has is been shown now by Google, making use of NFC technology to make paying by your mobile real easy. An example of how it can be used is here.
So will these technologies bring payments to the mobile and allow a cash and card less world? It depends how they catch on and a critical mass I suppose but it will be interesting to see how it takes off and if other players start pushing their versions.

How good is this
Here is a reality touchscreen that is 10 metres long! Take a look at the video below, it looks real good.
Behind the long screen are six cameras and 16 infrared lights. When you touch the screen, a small amount of infrared light is reflected back and the cameras sense the position and then translate that into coordinates on the surface. It is curved over 135 degrees, thereby creating an immersive environment.

PlayStation show off their new controller, PlayStation Move. It kind of is a clone of the Wii Controller but with a faster response times so we will have to see if its really that different when its released.
I love augmented reality and any opportunity to show off another use is always welcome. So now Lego have added augmented reality to the boxes of products and using an in-store exhibit to show off what the contents make. The video is below.
